Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1â2 business days (Monday to Friday). Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most locations receive delivery within 5â7 business days.
Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, remote locations, or operational issues.
Customers can track their order using the tracking link provided after dispatch.
Delivery Guidelines
- Do not accept packages that appear open, damaged, or tampered
- If accepted, record a full uncut unboxing video
- Unboxing video is required for claims related to missing, damaged, or faulty items
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Undeliverable Orders
Delivery failures may occur due to incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability.
If reshipping is required, additional shipping charges may apply.
Failed Delivery / Refusal
Delivery will be attempted up to three times.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
- If delivery is refused, no refund will be issued
- Order will be marked as fulfilled
Chronofy reserves the right to abandon such packages and is not liable for refunds in these cases.
