Refund policy

At Chronofy, we are committed to providing quality products and fair support to our customers. By placing an order, you agree to the following policy.


Return & Exchange (7 Days)

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, tags, and box must be included
  • Full unboxing video is mandatory for any claim

Without an unboxing video, requests will not be accepted.


Replacement / Exchange

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Free reverse pickup will be arranged
  • Product will be inspected after return
  • Replacement or exchange will be provided (subject to availability)

Estimated replacement timeline: 7–15 business days


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not available
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Replacement is always preferred over refund.


Non-Eligible Cases

  • Wrong variant, size, or color selected by customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Used, damaged, or misused products
  • Missing unboxing video
  • Sale or discounted items

In such cases, exchange may be possible with shipping charges.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or tampered products
  • Discounted items
  • Products damaged by customer handling

Product color may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Shipping & Return Terms

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from refunds
  • Use a trackable courier for returns
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Semi-COD Advance

  • ₹100 advance is non-refundable
  • It covers COD and shipping expenses
